Hilton Kyoto

ヒルトン京都

A new central-Kyoto Hilton where Diamond is the tier to have: lounge access with evening cocktails and a choice of lounge or Téori breakfast, and Diamonds have been moved into executive rooms. Gold still gets the large Téori buffet for two, but checkout is an early 11:00 and late checkout is officially a paid extra.

Téori buffet for two (Gold)

Blogs from 2025–2026 all list free breakfast for Gold plus one guest at Téori; this matches Hilton's rule for Japan.

Walk-in price is ¥5,000 per adult (official), so the benefit is worth about ¥10,000 a day for two.

No fetched stay report was written by a Gold member, so this rests on the programme rule and repeated blog descriptions.

Téori or the 9F lounge, your choice

Diamond stays in 2024–2026 report free breakfast at either Téori or the executive lounge.

Several bloggers preferred the lounge because Téori gets very crowded; others preferred Téori for its far bigger spread.

Lounge egg dishes are ordered at the table, and one report says there was no limit on them.

Venues
Téori (1F all-day dining, buffet of 80–100 items with egg and noodle stations; 07:00–10:00 weekdays, 07:00–10:30 weekends/holidays) · Executive Lounge (9F, 07:00–10:30; smaller buffet plus ordered egg dishes and lounge-only French toast; lounge-access guests)

9F lounge incl. cocktails (direct bookings)

The official FAQ limits Diamond access to members who booked through Hilton's own channels; third-party bookings may be refused.

Diamonds in deluxe (non-executive) rooms reported full access in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Cocktail hour brings champagne or sparkling wine, wine, sake and beer with Kyoto-style small plates; reviewers rate the drinks and design above the food.

Check-in and checkout can be done in the lounge, and early arrivals have waited there for the room.

The official FAQ says early check-in and staying past 11:00 both cost extra, subject to availability.

No granted times reported

None of the fetched Diamond reports mention a late checkout being granted; one 2026 Diamond spent the time after checkout in the lounge instead.

A Nov 2024 Diamond arriving early was not given a room before 15:00 but could wait in the lounge.

Diamond Reserve's guaranteed 16:00 checkout has not been reported here yet.
